HVAC Technical Support Job Duties

• Respond to customer technical concerns or questions via phone and/or email.
• Maintain a high level of customer service when addressing customer problems via phone or email.
• Ability to answer technical questions the sales team may have both quickly and reliably.

Qualifications

• Formal Mechanical Skills
• Comfort using phone and email to communicate with customers, coworkers, and vendors.
• Customer service experience a plus.'

'Work Remotely No Preferred HVAC experience but not required
