Technical Support Manager manages technical service-related operations for an organization.     Daily Responsibilities for the Manager, Clinical Analytics
    • Take charge of overseeing the technical design of new projects and expansions, ensuring they adhere to established architectural standards, meet project capacity and performance criteria, and optimize the reuse of solutions.
    • Collaborate with data engineers to develop robust data and model pipelines.
    • Utilize machine learning and data science methodologies to design distributed systems.
    • Develop high-quality code suitable for production environments.
    • Deploy code to production systems.
    • Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
    • Enhance existing machine learning models to improve their performance.
    • Hold responsibility for delivering project components within defined timelines.
    • Evaluate and endorse the technical approach to solution development by conducting a thorough analysis of the potential impact of key design options.
    • Offer expertise, leadership, and guidance to address intricate integration engineering issues that may arise during the detailed design phase, acting as an escalation point for software and application concerns.
    • Mentor junior colleagues, assisting them in their skill development and knowledge transfer.
    • Assign, review, and provide training to staff members to translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans.
    • Provide advice to management on project planning, technical recommendations, and vendor selection.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a technical advisory capacity.
    • Ensure the maintenance of effective internal controls over processes and transactions, including the accuracy and completeness of financial information, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and operational efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Build the necessary infrastructure for optimal data extraction, transformation and loading.
    • Build data tools that enable data analysts and data engineers to develop and optimize their products

    Required Qualifications for the Manager, Clinical Analytics
    • Prefers a Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Epidemiology, Public Health, or related field
    • 10 years’ experience in Data Analytics, Informatics, Medical Economics or other relevant work experience
    • 10 years experience performing analysis on large healthcare administrative claims data, EHR/EMR data, or complex relational health care databases with significant experience analyzing medical, pharmacy, and behavioral health claims data
    • 10 years experience programming in SAS
    • 5 years experience of TRUE Management/Leading a team/has direct reports
    • Prefers experience of statistical tests and modeling
