The Technical Support/Logistic Coordinator will play a vital role in the service department, providing production applications support, technical phone and email support, field service, and assembly of parts for packaging equipment. This position requires a strong electro-mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the logistics operations of the company, ensuring efficient and timely movement of goods and materials.
• Provide assembly and technical support in a professional manner
• Monitor and report field issues
• Coordinate with different departments when needed

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in a technical specialty or equivalent work experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in servicing electro-mechanical equipment or equivalent.
• Advanced understanding of electrical schematics and PLCs.
• Strong electro-mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Independent worker with high personal standards of excellence, ethics, and integrity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Valid class D driver's license.
• Proficient and accurate keyboarding skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
