Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Technical Support to support our customers with technical issues and questions related to our agricultural sprayer drones. This role is not limited to technical support; it also involves contributing to our shipping operations as needed. Comprehensive training will be provided upon hiring.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support for technical issues and inquiries related to agricultural sprayer drones via phone, email, and chat.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively reach out to ensure customers are satisfied with their purchases.
• Create and maintain user manuals, guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting documentation.
• Manage inventory and spare parts to ensure availability for shipping and repairs, informed by historical data.
• Collaborate with the shipping team as needed, providing assistance to ensure seamless operations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and hands-on training sessions for prospects and new customers, both in-person and virtually.

Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Prior experience in technical customer support or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and educating customers.
• Independent worker and effective team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willing to travel for product demonstrations, training sessions, or trade shows as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
