The Technical Support Analyst I will support Trail King user facing software and hardware as part of a helpdesk role and helps manage backend systems. This position provides assistance with iSeries Applications and Interfaces and with all aspects of the WAN and LAN systems and environment including the availability, security, monitoring, upgrades, applications, education and maintenance of all software and hardware of the network system. This position works under general supervision and relies on limited knowledge and professional discretion to achieve goals.

Minimum of 2-year Degree or B.S. Degree in Information Technology or equivalent preferred with a minimum of 2 years of IT experience. Knowledge of Windows Client OS and of a variety of technologies and applications and of client/server environment and hardware. Self-directed with a knowledge of a variety of technologies and applications. Possess the ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships within all levels of Trail King. Excellent oral and written communication and comprehension skills. Organized project management skills including critical thinking, problem solving, active listening and prioritization. Analytical thinking, and confidentiality a must.
