About the Job

We are looking for a reliable Entry Level Technical Support to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting customers with any issues they may have with our products or software and providing them with the best possible solutions.

You should be able to troubleshoot and resolve problems in a timely manner and be able to work both independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide live support to customers via phone, chat, or email
• Identify and research any potential issues with products or software
• Provide detailed technical information about products and software
• Document issues and progress in order to provide customer feedback
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Use best practices when troubleshooting issues
• Remain professional in all aspects when interacting with customers
• Create and maintain an organized workspace
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Work as part of a team to resolve customer issues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
