- Coordinate and plan large shipments, optimizing logistics and storage space on transport vehicles.
- Resolve shipping issues and customer complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation for all shipments, domestic and international.
- Construct crates and skids for overseas shipping in compliance with export laws.
- Provide support for receiving tasks during peak times or in staff absence.
- Manage stock levels of shipping supplies, ensuring availability for operational needs.
- Accurately record and manage materials movement, adhering to daily production schedules.
- Proficiency in creating shipping documents, including Bills of Lading and Customs Documents.
- Experience in warehouse management, including inventory control and equipment operation.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving within shipping operations.
- Ability to build strong relationships with carriers and understand export shipping laws.
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to schedule and plan logistics for large shipments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective coordination and problem resolution.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
