Technical Support Analyst jobs in West Jordan, UT

Responsibilities:

• Master product features, application scope, usage scenarios, and key values, Be able to master the debugging and operation of products independently and proficiently.
• Provide technical support at various stages including pre-sale, sale, and after-sale of products and projects. Provide support, tracking, promoting, and management of projects.
• Answer, record customers' questions, consultations and complaints and all other contents. Analyze and share feedback to the technical department timely to help solve customer difficulties.
• Be familiar with product features, analyze and compare with competitors’ competing products, in order to support continuous optimization and development of own products;
• Communicate with product R&D managers, keep updated with technology trends, and make suggestions for product presentations and demos.
• Support company's on-site testing, on-site presentation, and on-site investigations. Resolve the product problems for major projects.
• Collect and summarize product defects, new requirements, and new applications. Continuously provide suggestions to improve products, and for new product planning.

Qualifications：
1. Bachelor degree or above. Major in computer, automation or other related majors are preferred;

2. Familiar with computer, network, software engineering and other basic theories is preferred;

3. Proficient in Office software and other commonly used software.

4. Strong problem solving and problem analysis capabilities;

5. Strong capabilities in writing technical documents;

6. Team player with strong communication and expression skills. Clear logic and quick thinking, good analytical and problem-solving skills, strong sense of responsibility, and proactive work.

7. Billingual in Chinese is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
