Job Overview:
As a Technical Analyst, you will play a key role in the technical aspects of the Finastra Credit Quest initiative. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure the seamless integration, configuration, and ongoing technical support of the Finastra Credit Quest solution.
Responsibilities:
- Solution Implementation: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the successful implementation of Finastra Credit Quest.
- Configuration and Customization: Utilize your expertise in Finastra Credit Quest to configure and customize the solution according to business needs. Ensure that configurations align with industry best practices.
- Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the Finastra Credit Quest system. Identify and resolve data-related issues.
- Integration Management: Work with technical teams to manage integrations with other systems and third-party applications, ensuring a seamless and efficient flow of data.
- Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support for Finastra Credit Quest, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with vendors or internal teams to resolve technical challenges.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent).
- Proven experience as a Technical Analyst, with a focus on Finastra Credit Quest.
- In-depth knowledge of Finastra Credit Quest configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with financial services and credit-related processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Finastra Credit Quest certification.
- Experience working on large-scale financial technology projects.
- Knowledge of database management and SQL.
