Job Description:
SUMMARY
Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of particular field of specialization in completion of charts, graphs and marketing product assignments. Responsible for development and for providing support to the conceptualization and design of operational, organizational, and command-level products. Best practices and design methods will be utilized to ensure the success of the projects. The position functions as a part of the ERDC Reach Back Operations Center (UROC).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical assistance with the creation of export tools needed for reports including charts and graphs.
- Gather data and compile monthly reports.
- Collect and use data to create project summaries. Work with customer to define development requirements and fields needed for reporting.
- Conduct system wide technical analysis and prepare reports.
- Produce compelling reports and print product scripts/storyboards for marketing product production.
- Create illustrations, posters, graphics, and charts in support of operational events, programs and initiatives.
- Use data from project databases to create project summaries, status reports, and other project tracking tools.
- Work with Project Investigators (PI) across the ERDC enterprise to collect data for data calls.
- Create/review/design ERDCU data, project summaries, status reports, and other project tracking tools for the ERDC-U.
- Process, prepare, staff, file, incoming and outgoing correspondence (ADMIN).
- Receive visitors and direct to the appropriate SME for resolution (ADMIN).
- Prepare a monthly report that summarizes each of the task associated with all performance objectives and provide to the COR.
- Attend customer progress meetings.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Knows fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular field of specialization. Using established procedures and working under immediate supervision, performs assigned tasks.
- Associates degree in an applicable discipline. In lieu of degree, relevant work experience may be substituted on a year for year basis.

- Knowledge of current modeling and simulation principles, techniques, processes, regulations, and policies.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Position consists of sitting for long periods of time, using hands/fingers, handling, reaching with hands and arms, talking, hearing and seeing up close, at a distance, along the periphery, with depth perception and the ability to focus; occasional walking or standing, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and lifting boxes weighing up to 30 pounds. Moderate to extended periods of office work with heavy periods of computer usage. May be assigned occasional to moderate periods of analytical tasks requiring extensive reasoning abilities. WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is performed in a professional office setting and including the normal office equipment (computer, fax machines, copier) with a wide variety of people in differing functions, personalities, and abilities.

Part-Time. May be required to periodically work additional hours as needed to complete assignment or project.
