Job Title: Technical Support Analyst
Location: Norfolk, VA 23504 (100% Onsite from Day 1)
Duration : 6 Months Contract (with a possible extension)

Required Skills:
Experience using imaging software to image PCs, preferably KACE: Required 3 Years
Experience using ticketing systems, preferably TDX: Required 2 Years
Extensive experience with Microsoft Office: Required 2 Years
CompTIA A Certification: Required 1 Years
Ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues as required: Required 2 Years
Experience with Active Directory: Required 2 Years
Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control: Required 1 Years
Ability to perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software: Required 2 Years
Ability to perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, installing hardware, implementing file backups and config: Required 2 Years
Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions: Required 2 Years
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products: Required 2 Years
Customer-oriented and cool-tempered: Required 3 Years
