We are looking for a technical support specialist with experience in claims processing and/or clearinghouse know-how. This role will work within our operations department and oversee support responsibilities. Our team is made up of customer support professionals who show value and appreciation to every customer they speak to.
Responsibilities include:
Handle customer inbound tickets, calls and emails as needed using excellent verbal and written communication skills
Manage all aspects of claims processing
Contribute to our knowledge base
Provide assistance across all departments
Complete other customer service related projects as assigned
Inject a good measure of fun into the team every day
Other duties as assigned
Things we're looking for in terms of more specific skill-sets and experience:
Claims processing OR clearinghouse experience required, experience working in a claims role in a dental office or at an insurance company a plus.
At least a high school diploma (or equivalent)
At least one year of customer service experience in a call center environment
Experience working in a dental practice is highly preferred, but if you have experience using/supporting an accounting/billing application, that's just as golden
Excellent verbal soft skills, and ability to assist all customers with their requests
Strong working knowledge of hardware, networks, and other generally techy stuff
