WinnMed is seeking to hire a Technical Support Specialist. This position is responsible to ensure proper computer operations so that end users can accomplish organizational tasks. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user help requests, performing account management for a defined set of systems and completing routine operational checks for Infrastructure and Systems. This role oversees and maintains inventory control for all end-point devices, peripheral hardware and ancillary software.
