Technical Sales Support Specialist jobs in Hilton Head Island, SC

We are looking for a_ technical_ minded individual to join our customer service team!

Responsibilities:

• Enhance the quality of end-to-end customer relationship experience.
• Formulate competitive bids/estimates/quotations, considering best available product mix and appropriate technical and commercial considerations for each individual situation.
• Gain and share insights into product features, specifications, and applications and offer guidance and recommendations on the selection process by customers of the most suitable product or service to meet the customer's specific needs.
• Provide input on improvements in the order process such as: handling of strategic orders, expediting orders, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
• Continuous evaluation of customer experience by conducting analyses and reviews to continually enhance our methods, reduce inefficiencies, and consistently meet customer expectations.

Experience:

• TECHNICAL BACKGROUND
• Reading, evaluating, and responding to RFQs.
• Ability to work in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be a team player who can also work independently.
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge in flow dynamics and industrial flow measurement (1-2 years would be a HUGE plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 42 per week
