The Federal Bid Technician prepares solicitation/bid packages and independently reviews, analyzes and writes standard .

Responsabilities:

• Responsible for managing and coordinating the entire proposal development submittal/award life cycle.
• Write, edit and proofread proposals and related materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, readability, overall consistency of the language, formats, and styles, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and standards
• Ensure all aspects of the deliverable are correct and error-free, including grammar, spelling and compliance with all RFP requirements.
• Manage the proposal document production, editing and formation of a 100% compliant DoD and Federal proposal effort.
• Delivering compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes.
• Monitor and communicate on all amendments and modifications to the solicitation.
• Responsible for all communication with federal contract officers regarding active and future contracts, including formal communication, emails and traveling to federal agencies for meetings.
• Evaluating and understanding client requirements for incoming Request for Proposals (RFPs
• Tracking and reporting proposal win/non-win information to help evaluate the performance of our business development proposal process.
• Guides the entire lifecycle of contracts administration from pre-award to closeout.
• Create Reports related to federal contracting.
• Provide support to commercial business, when it requires.
• Responsible for adherence to the policies, procedures, and instructions of the company quality systems.

Job Requirement's:

• BBA degree in Business Administration from an accredited college/university, or similar.
• ·3 years’ experience in relevant product related roles (apparel and soft goods/gear) preferably military, in a demanding environment of manufacturing management experience with solid operational excellence.
• Experience in a medium to large sized manufacturing environment
• Fully Bilingual- English and Spanish
