    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    • Travel Pinnacle’s territory to support targeted dealers and the outside sales team by instilling confidence in the after sales experience. Resolve escalated issues at the dealer level while ensuring dealers receive proper training on how to do business with Pinnacle.
    • Follow up with key dealers regularly.
    • Assess the after sales processes in collaboration with dealers and service providers to ensure excellence is the standard.
    • Travel alongside service agents to provide training and evaluate the performance of servicers in the network.
    • Manage all aspects of recruiting and onboarding new service providers, which includes entering servicer account information in various platforms.
    • Conduct comprehensive product training with the after sales team and service agents. Ensure they thoroughly understand how to install, troubleshoot, and repair our high-end, luxury appliances. Trainings will be conducted in the office and while traveling throughout Pinnacle’s territory.
    • Oversee complex field calls.
    • Provide assistance with all aspects of appliance technical support to Homeowners, Outside Sales, Dealers and Service Providers.
    • Provide support for installation training and participate in mock room builds for job projects.

     

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    • Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience, preferably with Appliance Warranty Support. Refrigeration knowledge is a plus.
    • An Associate Degree is preferred but not required.
    • Ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of incoming calls.
    • Must be able to prioritize workload in an organized fashion.
    • Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable.
    • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
    • Ability to interact with customers, employees and vendors in a professional manner.
    • Ability to work independently with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Excel and Word.
