Additionally, Technical Recruiter initiates onboarding plan for new hires. Ensures assigned positions are filled efficiently and effectively. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Technical Recruiter occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.
