Being a Technical Recruiter contacts candidates to ascertain fit, and schedules interviews. Extends offers and negotiates compensation. Additionally, Technical Recruiter initiates onboarding plan for new hires. Ensures assigned positions are filled efficiently and effectively. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Technical Recruiter occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Entry-Level Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition and a strong understanding of technical hiring processes. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing technical candidates for a variety of roles within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networking sites
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit and qualifications
Schedule and conduct in-person or virtual interviews with potential hires
Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, HR team members, and external networks to stay informed of hiring needs and trends in the industry
Utilize applicant tracking systems to track candidate progress and ensure efficient and organized recruitment processes
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Proficient in the use of various recruitment tools and technologies, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems
A passion for talent acquisition and a strong understanding of technical hiring processes
