Additionally, Technical Recruiter initiates onboarding plan for new hires. Ensures assigned positions are filled efficiently and effectively. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Technical Recruiter occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. Odyssey supports various DoD programs and customers within C5ISR, Aviation, Space and Missile Defense, System Solutions, and Medical Research & Development. This position will participate in developing, managing, and executing a full life cycle talent and recruitment strategy aligned with organizational goals to ensure that ongoing and future organizational talent demands are met.
This is a full-time role in Colorado Springs, CO with hybrid flexibility for anyone local.
