RETENTION BONUS STRUCTURE: A total of $3,000.00 will be paid to individual employee for the purposes of recruitment and retention. This $3,000.00 will be paid over the course of two-years as follows:
PAID 1st installment at 6 month employment review/evaluation, 2nd at 1 year employment review/evaluation, and final at 2 year employment review/evaluation
1st installment @ 6 month review/evaluation = $1,000.00
2nd installment @ 1 year review/evaluation = $1,000.00
3rd installment @ 2 year review/evaluation = $1,000.00
TO TOTAL $3,000.00 over a 2-year commitment period
