RN Home Health Duties & Responsibilities:

• patient education
• medication administration
• wound care
• post-surgical care
• skilled nursing care / direct patient care
• patient follow-up
• OASIS Start of Care (SOC), regular SOC, admits & discharges
• Additional duties as assigned

RN Home Health Required experience:

• We are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) whose license is active and in good standing with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing
  
• Experience with Home Health nursing and OASIS experience preferred, however, we will consider candidates with ICU, ER, med/surg or related experience
  
• As a healthcare provider in compliance with CMS guidelines & conditions of participation, we require a COVID vaccine as a condition of employment (absent reasonable accommodations)
