Helpdesk Technician
Type: Contract to Hire, Onsite (Five days per week)
Location: Glastonbury, CT

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Level I/II Helpdesk Technician who will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. The ideal candidate will have experience using ConnectWise for ticketing and possess strong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to helpdesk tickets and provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.


• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.


• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.


• Document all support activities and resolutions in ConnectWise ticketing system.


• Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.


• Assist in maintaining inventory of hardware and software assets.


• Provide training and support to end-users on various applications and systems.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.


• Proficiency in using ConnectWise for ticketing and support management.


• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.


• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts.


• Excellent communication and customer service skills.


• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.


• Certifications such as CompTIA A or Network are a plus
