Medical Front Office Receptionist
Our client located in Santa Cruz is seeking a front office receptionist for a busy medical clinic.
This is a contract to hire opportunity
The clinic is a very busy Ophthalmologist practice.
Primary duties include answering multiline phones, patient greeting and registration, insurance authorizations and collecting co-pays, data entry into EMR, records filing and other related duties that may be needed by management.
Requirements:
1 years of recent front office experience. Medical experience and Formal training is a plus. Must live in or near Santa Cruz and will need to pass a criminal background check. Solid customer service experience. Happy attitude and smile. Attention to detail.
