- Follows industry-standard agile software design methodology for development and documentation.
- Mentors junior software engineers on the team.
Skills, Abilities, Knowledge:- Ability to analyze, translate, and define business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellence in verbal and written communication forms with emphasis on persuasive communication, tact and negotiation.
- Ability to apply engineering principles and concepts for designs.
- Ability to manage many competing priorities/requests in a fast-paced environment
Required Skills / Experience:- Significant working experience in React, JavaScript, & Java
- Significant working experience in various AWS services (Lambda, ECS, etc).
- Significant working experience designing and implementing systems with automated testing suites (jest, RTL) and using test first development approaches (TDD, BDD, etc)
- Working experience in CI/CD technologies and approaches (Jenkins, Github actions, etc)
- Working experience in both SQL and No-SQL databases.
- Comfortable and capable in working on an Agile Scrum team with high levels of collaboration, pairing, and teaming.
