Technical Communicator manages dealer and manufacturer technical problems in an expedient and cost effective manner for the customer. Provides employees with technical information beyond their ability to readily locate. Being a Technical Communicator serves as a liaison between the manufacturer and employee on technical problems encountered by the dealership. Requires a high school diploma. Additionally, Technical Communicator typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Technical Communicator works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Looking to hire ASAP - Direct Hire Position for 1st and 2nd shift.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints, process sheets, schematics, and instructions
- Expand knowledge of technical and maintenance principles including how to perform workaround high voltage systems (200 volts)
- Install & repair various Hybrid Drive systems, communication networks, & electrical components
- Inspect & diagnose electrical systems issues using advanced electrical theory, PLC & ladder logic
- Inspect and communicate issues that arise in the required quality checkout
- Document work and results with support of various software programs including, Microsoft Office Suite, Internet browsers, and diagnostic applications
- Install and repair electrical control components such as resistors, diodes, and relays
- Experience in electrical and mechanical diagnosis and repair (High voltage experience is a )
- Previous PLC, ladder logic, AC and DC system experience.
- Experience reading engineering documents, wiring schematics and instructions.
- Accountable with a strong attention to detail and quality, while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach and climb up and down ladders.
1st Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 4 PM to 12:30 AM
Pay: $22 and up (Pay is commensurate with skills and experience!)
