We are currently seeking a confident, dependable, results-oriented Team Lead to develop and manage a team of Field Marketing representatives. These representatives generate leads and set appointments with local homeowners at no-cost for our in-home consultations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train a strong team of marketing representatives
• Coach, develop and motivate each team member to ensure they are following proper procedures and guidelines
• Oversee all field activities of your team
• Set the pace of your team's efforts by exemplifying professional conduct and behavior
• Mapping, permit logistics, payroll activities and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Sales or marketing experience
• Team building and management experience
• Experience hiring, training and coaching a sales and/or marketing team
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding set performance standards
• Ability to lead, but also maintain a "team player" mentality
• Excellent communication and conversational skills
• Evenings and weekends are required
• High school diploma, or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record
• Pre-employment background check
