Job Requirements/Experience:

• 20 years old
• At least 1 year experience in providing care for the elderly
• Experience with ADL care, transfers and mobility, ROM exercises and incontinence care
• Ability to follow a care plan, have good organizational skills
• Ability to monitor, document and report clients' change of conditions
• Ability to prepare meals
• Willing and able to perform light house keeping duties
• Registered as a Home Care Aide with the Home Care Services Bureau of California
• Ability to pass a background and reference check
• Valid State ID or Driver's License
• Insured and reliable vehicle a plus
• Current TB test, physical, and valid CPR certification
