Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing professionals to join our team. As the a Marketing professional, you will be responsible for setting appointments with home owners to drive business growth. This role requires strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to effectively communicate with homeowners at their place of residence. Our door to door marketers have been with us for many years. As an independent contractor you make your own schedule. You are not tied down to the hours you work. If you are driven and money motivated you count dollars, not hours. We pay our team members $20 per appointment and 2% of sales. Our average sale is $25,000. Our average marketer puts 4 appointments in daily. Our sales team comes behind and closes the deals. Our average marketer gets 3 sales per week ($1,500) plus the $20 per appointment ($400). Our top performers turn in 6-8 appointments daily ($2,000 - $3,000 per week). This job is commission based. The top performer receives a $1,000 bonus at the end of each month. The top performer in 6 months receives a paid vacation for two ($5,000 value). Craftsman Home Builders has been in business over 37 years. We are not a fly by night company. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve company revenue goals
- Lead and manage the team, have a winning attitude, be a leader
- Identify new opportunities and develop strategies to expand customer base
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Set appointments with homeowners to receive free estimates on their desired projects
- Listen to the clients needs and prove that you are the professional they desire to work with
- Keep a positive attitude, be friendly, show the client you care about their needs
- Monitor your sales performance. Make sure your goals are being reached
- Stay up-to-date with products and warranties on all products

Skills:
- Great communication skills
- Experience understanding clients needs by being a good listener
- Being great at delivering solutions to the clients needs
- Strong ability in caring for the client and their project more then they do
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to not fear rejection, with excellent objection skills
- Being able to maintain a good attitude in understanding its a numbers game
- Ability to effectively maintain a second to none work ethic, with the understanding quitting is not an option
