Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated, part-time, Teaching Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the lead teacher in providing a nurturing and educational environment for students. Hours are Monday - Friday, 2:30 - 6:30 p.m. Additional hours are available if desired.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities
- Support students in their learning and development
- Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
- Assist with classroom management and behavior guidance
- Provide individualized attention to students as needed

Qualifications:
- Experience working with students in a daycare, childcare, or educational setting
- Familiarity with toddler care and special education practices
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others
- Ability to assist in classroom activities and support student learning
