Teacher Elementary School prepares lesson plans and instructs students in an assigned elementary school. - Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (required)
- Teaching certification or license (required)
- Experience working with children in an educational setting (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development and literacy education
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain discipline
- Knowledge of special education practices and strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with diverse student populations
- Physical education experience is a plus
