Teacher Aide partners with one or more teachers to prepare lessons and instruct students. Engages with students individually or in small groups to answer questions and facilitate activities. Being a Teacher Aide helps teachers resolve classroom issues and conflicts. Monitors and evaluates students' performance. Additionally, Teacher Aide typically requires an associate degree. May require state-specific teaching license. Typically requires Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Typically reports to a principal. The Teacher Aide works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. We are now seeking a soft, joyful, dedicated, passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. As an Infant Teacher, you will providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. If you have a love for teaching, enjoy working with young learners, and have stong comminication skills we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Utilize various teaching methods to engage students in learning
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
- Monitor and assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's progressRequirements:
-Must be 21 Years of age and up
- High School Diploma
-CPR and First Aid Certifaction (willing to obitained during hiring process)
- Experience working with preschool-aged students in an educational setting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Understanding of math concepts relevant to preschool education
- Passion for educating young children and promoting their overall well-being
- Creating a positive learning environment
- Ability to create engaging lesson plansJob Type: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
