- Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Utilize various teaching methods to engage students in learning
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
- Monitor and assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress
Requirements:
-Must be 21 Years of age and up
- High School Diploma
-CPR and First Aid Certifaction (willing to obitained during hiring process)
- Experience working with preschool-aged students in an educational setting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Understanding of math concepts relevant to preschool education
- Passion for educating young children and promoting their overall well-being
- Creating a positive learning environment
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans
