This 100-person, tech and development-focused CPA firm in Boston and on the South Shore, MA is recruiting for a Tax and Audit Supervisor.

Your progression will be at the forefront of this CPA firm’s agenda and they show this by offering 4 promotion cycles, based on merit, to their staff every year. You will also have access to their award-winning development and leadership programme, which will be tailored to whichever path you choose.

This firm is all about honesty. They will be very transparent that you will have to work hard during busy season so during the peak weeks, you may work up to 55-65 hours, but typically it is closer to 50-55 Feb through April. They know that this is hard, so they make sure that you are generously rewarded, via bonuses, an all-encompassing benefits package, competitive salary, and PTO allowance, as well as a week- long firm closures so you can switch off around the holidays.

You will have the opportunity to work with clients from a variety of industries or specialize in Real estate and Biotech if you choose. Although this is a medium-sized firm, with an established, complex client base, you'll have the chance to get involved in audit and tax.

You’ll likely have your Master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation or a related field and a minimum of 3 years Public Accounting experience to be suitable for this position.
