Smash Tax is a small Accounting and Tax Firm that is growing. We are looking for an awesome and detail oriented associate who loves numbers. We want a team member to grow with us!

This position has the option for our Bagley or Bemidji office; however, travel between offices is a requirement.

Administrative Assistant and Office duties will include answering phones and greeting visitors while ensuring confidentiality of each client by following all company procedures. Checking payroll reports and sales tax reports; maintaining CRM and assisting with marketing.

Bookkeeping:

· Data entry of all income and expenses into Company file

· Reconciling the company's bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers

· Generating the company's financial reports using income and expenditure data

· Keeping a check on the company's finances based on financial status

· Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations

· Prepare and file sales tax reports

General office experience and a willingness to learn will be accepted. We will train the right candidate.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
