In addition to creating training materials to keep up to date on industry updates, the Tax Manager will collaborate with leadership to design and maintain a robust training curriculum that is engaging and reflects the diverse interests and professional compliance needs for new hires and existing staff through all career stages.
The Manager must have strong analytical skills, a proven ability to thoroughly research complex tax matters and actively stay current in their tax knowledge. They will be excited by helping others gain knowledge and communicate in ways that foster collaboration and genuine care.
