The ideal attorney should bring at least 1 year of hands-on tax experience to the table, possess a profound understanding of tax laws, able to bill a minimum of 30 hours per week while possessing the ability to develop and obtain new clients, work as part of a team, and be willing to study outside of work to advance skills.
