Talent Management Specialist develops, implements, and administers programs that evaluate, measure, and improve employee performance. Conducts assessment activities to evaluate and identify the current and emerging skills, competencies, and behaviors required to achieve desired organizational results and prepare for future needs. Being a Talent Management Specialist designs performance management strategies and processes that measure outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and align teams to organizational goals. Identifies the types of training and development and resources needed to achieve workforce performance improvements. Additionally, Talent Management Specialist encourages a culture of objective setting and result measurement aligned to pay and rewards using tools, training, and communication. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Talent Management Specialist occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     The Sourcing Specialist plays a key role in supporting the operations team on their workforce demand. This Specialist will leverage their expertise & best practices in sourcing talent, to implement strategies to identify & attract talent to the company. The roles to source for are ones primarily found in an aircraft maintenance facility.

    Responsibilities:
    • Recommend and implement proactive talent sourcing techniques & strategies to attract and build a talent pipeline for key roles; ensure recruiting team's metrics are achieved.
      • Recommend (and execute) social medial campaign ideas.
      • Identify pool(s) of talent to pursue.
      • Leverage job boards and existing efforts to proactively engage candidates.
    • Collaborate with Recruiter and Hiring Manager on profiles to source for.
    • Creatively source, assess and select qualified candidates for Recruiter / Hiring Manager consideration.
      • Conduct positive, enthusiastic cold calls to passive candidates to present job opportunities; ensure message(s) align with company's culture.
      • Perform structured screening to ensure candidates meet both job & company requirements of role.
    • Present candidates for consideration; track status & feedback and record accordingly. 
    • Manage all application portals (website, social platforms, etc.) to ensure timely consideration and response. 
    • Consistent communication to internal teams on experience / feedback from market on our company, the positions, etc.; share trends observed (industry and local). 
    • Review website to ensure accuracy of job openings. 
    Job Requirements:
    • 3 years (or more) of talent acquisition experience in a staffing agency or on a recruiting team.
    • Strong working knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.) and demonstrated usage in a business or recruitment environment. 
    • Familiarity with JSFirm, LinkedIn and ZipRecruiter are a plus.
    • Ability to handle highly confidential information. 
    • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines. 
    • Apply customer service approach to recruitment; candidate, hiring managers, teams' members are the customer. 
    • Intermediate to advanced computer skills – specifically within the Microsoft suite of programs. 
    • Hands-on experience with an ATS; Success Factors is a plus.
    • Demonstrate time management and follow-through; strong attention to details and organizational skills. 
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship. 
    • Criminal Background Check & Compliant to FAA Drug and Alcohol screening checks are mandatory.
    Job Type:
    • Contract – Open ended
    • Contract wage: DOE
    • Shift Hours: Monday thru Friday - 8:30am till 5:00pm
