The Director of Talent Management will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within our organization. You will lead a team dedicated to building world-class talent programs that cultivate a high-performing, growth-minded culture and an employee experience that employees view as the best time of their careers. Your responsibilities will encompass leadership of programs across talent management, including performance enablement, employee listening, employee learning and development, and strategic talent assessment and planning.
