Talent Management Specialist develops, implements, and administers programs that evaluate, measure, and improve employee performance. Conducts assessment activities to evaluate and identify the current and emerging skills, competencies, and behaviors required to achieve desired organizational results and prepare for future needs. Being a Talent Management Specialist designs performance management strategies and processes that measure outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and align teams to organizational goals. Identifies the types of training and development and resources needed to achieve workforce performance improvements. Additionally, Talent Management Specialist encourages a culture of objective setting and result measurement aligned to pay and rewards using tools, training, and communication. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Talent Management Specialist occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     Purpose: The Quality Management Specialist (QMS) is responsible for the quality of daily operations and implementation of programs at the assigned site(s). QMS works in a cooperative effort with program leads to ensure that program plans are implemented and documented properly and updated timely. QMS attends meetings, properly complete required paperwork, review documentation and report concerns, etc. QMS identify methods whereby services can be provided utilizing existing community resources wherever possible ensuring the person-centered approach and positive consumer interaction. Provide leadership, direction and supervision to assigned personnel. Monitor performance and implementation of staff’s assigned responsibilities by being present when day-to-day activities, routines and rhythms are taking place, on all shifts and by unannounced quality checks.

    Responsibilities

      *Conduct Medical Records Audit, submit reports by the 5th of the month *Ensures accurate and timely documentation of Policies and Procedures, Internal documentation submit reports by the 5th of the month *Review Data for HEDIS Measures, submit reports quarterly by the 15th *Review and update data from patients Health Plan *Communicate all data to leadership monthly and stakeholders semi-annually *Facilitate/tracking patient outreach for Medication adherence *Monitor quality investigations and compliance processes *Manage quality management systems, departments’ SharePoint, and departments’ reporting. *Meet and Manage Relationships with key stakeholders to discuss common understanding of QA processes, audit issues, and action plans *Review QA monthly reports that are prepared for each site and analyze and develop corrective action plans *Supervise corrective action and performance plan implementation, organize and directs the daily QA activities *Anticipate future changes/needs, creating strategic plans and operational plans for addressing future changes/needs *Training Personnel *Resolves corporate interface problems which cannot be resolved at the supervisory level. *Working with department leads to build specific audit plans aimed to achieve employee and business success. *Submit time summary biweekly on Monday by 12 noon. *Maintain all training and certifications *Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

      *Bachelors degree *1 year case management/community based mental health experience *1 year of quality management and improvement experience
