Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Talent Management Specialist occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     Job Summary: We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team.     **Onboarding**: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing job offers, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring completion of all necessary paperwork. -
    **Google Suites Proficiency**: Utilize Google Suites for scheduling interviews, organizing candidate information, and streamlining communication across teams.
    **Continuous Improvement**: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment and onboarding processes, incorporating best practices and innovative approaches.
