Being a Talent Management Specialist designs performance management strategies and processes that measure outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and align teams to organizational goals. Identifies the types of training and development and resources needed to achieve workforce performance improvements. Additionally, Talent Management Specialist encourages a culture of objective setting and result measurement aligned to pay and rewards using tools, training, and communication. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Talent Management Specialist occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. The Bonadio Group is looking for a Talent Management Intern in our Rochester, New York office! This position will be in-person and commence in June 2024 and is intended to extend through December 2024.
This is an exciting opportunity to assist with a variety of projects to welcome new Interns and Entry Level Staff Accountants to The Bonadio Group during the busy fall college recruitment season and assist with various projects within the Talent Management team. The work will approximate 15-30 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
-Partner with HR and Recruiting Team Members to assist with college recruitment process
-Work with excel spreadsheets to organize applicants and keep track of candidate progress from initial inquiry through interview/hire
-Contribute to the creation of thoughtful email correspondence to ensure exceptional candidate experience
-Collect, input, and organize data
-Participate in recruitment events as needed
-Monitor and track Handshake applications
-Monitor and track applications in our Applicant Tracking Systems
-Collaborate on innovative recruiting and outreach opportunities
-Other projects as assigned
