Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Talent Management Specialist occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     Responsibilities

    • Supports and administers the implementation and execution of Talent Management programs including email communications, reporting, calendars and scheduling
    • Coordinates in-person training and development events
    • Maintains internal portal content related to Talent Management programs
    • Assists in development of Talent Management courses, programs or resources as well as designing presentations that effectively engage and communicate with all audiences
    • Serves as producer for virtual training sessions or meetings related to Talent Management programs
    • Supports Talent Management program participants as needed with technical assistance, curriculum questions, scheduling, etc.
    • Supports coordination and execution of designated annual training award submissions

    Qualifications

    EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 1 year minimum experience preferred preferably in human resources, learning and development or talent management-related role
    • Or equivalent combination of education and experience

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

    • Ability and drive to learn and quickly apply new concepts and technologies
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, organizational and facilitation skills
    • Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks with quick deadlines
    • Actively contributes with ideas, energy and the desire to succeed as a Talent Management team
    • Technically strong and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Powerpoint; Sharepoint, Microsoft Teams and Zoom
