JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
The Talent Development Specialist plays a key role in developing, reviewing, updating, measuring and facilitating training for the organization. This position will work directly with team members and executive management on content and modification as appropriate to each department – with a primary focus in Retail Banking.
