Job Summary
The Talent Management leader plays a meaningful role in leading, building, and handling a broad range of talent management infrastructure, programs and initiatives. Serving as an internal consultant to the business and HR leaders, the TM Leader works across EWS and lines of business to assess organizational needs, identify root cause issues and design solutions. As a member of the EWS HR Leadership Team, you will work across a combination of disciplines such as talent framework (infrastructure), workforce planning, performance management, talent review, succession planning, career pathing and employee engagement. Ultimately this role is responsible for designing, developing and continuous improvement of talent management processes and practices, and collaborating with the business and COE to leverage the full potential of existing talent by driving employee engagement and establishing a pipeline of future talent.
What you’ll do
In close partnership with the Talent Management COE, serve as a thought partner ensuring that Enterprise offered tools, resources and programs may be scaled efficiently and effectively across the organization.
Partner with HRBPs, business leaders and particularly with HR COE teams in leading the strategy, execution and day-to-day direction for the BU Talent Management function consistent with Equifax Enterprise Business and Human Capital Strategies.
Lead Talent Management programs including Talent Succession Planning, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Talent Alignment and Leadership Assessments.
Prioritize demand and ensure that resources are deployed to work that creates the highest sustained value for the BU and Equifax enterprise in a manner that is consistent with strategy, and is scalable and repeatable.
Ensure all managers and employees are equipped with the tools and resources to have ongoing, meaningful performance discussions anchored in goals that drive behaviors consistent with our values, brand and business priorities.
Drive active utilization of Career Path tools and resources through highly effective change management and communications practices.
Lead a team of Talent / L&OD Consultants to deploy initiatives and solutions throughout the BU.
Provide a leading view to the organization on increasing organizational effectiveness and building capabilities within the organization.
What experience you need
You have a proven track record in a leadership role in Human Resources or Talent Management (5 years) in a fast paced, global matrixed environment.
You have hands-on experience delivering talent and learning experiences including, but not limited to performance management, talent review, and succession planning in Workday or other global Human Resources Management Systems.
You have excellent group facilitation and training skills.
You thrive on building relationships, working in a team, communicating and collaborating with others.
You have experience leading and supporting change management projects.
You possess strategic and creative thinking, able to translate business needs into actionable talent strategies.
You have demonstrated the ability to execute in a fast paced, changing and matrixed environment.
You are organized, self-motivated, and deliver on commitments.
What could set you apart
You have experience working in the Tech industry in Human Resources or Talent Management.
You are certified in or have direct experience working with assessment/360 tools such as DiSC, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®), or similar.
Strong working knowledge and understanding of Google platform and tools
You have experience using Workday as your HR Management System.
