New Ecology, Inc. (NEI) seeks a full-time Senior HR Specialist, Talent Acquisition and Management. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Senior HR Specialist will be responsible for the life cycle of a New Ecology employee—beginning with recruiting, sourcing and hiring; continuing with management of the annual review cycle; and including opportunities for staff professional development and learning.
