We are seeking an experienced Service Dispatch Manager to join our team. We are looking for a motivated, customer service oriented responsible for managing field technician schedules, providing service to customers over the phone, ordering parts and proactively reaching out to customers to generate more business. This position requires strong organizational and administrative skills, leadership, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Duties:
- Order parts and equipment needed by our technicians
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence with customers, including mail, email, and phone calls. Must be comfortable proactively reaching out to customers for upselling
- Manage calendars - meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for technicians
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Leadership: Day to day management of maintenance staff. Ensuring they are on time, prepared, and reporting any issues to upper management
Required Skills:
- Proven experience managing a fleet of technicians or employees that work in the field. This includes cordinating customers escalating issues, managing scheduling for multiple calendars in a logical coordinated manner, and upselling customers to fill field technician calendars.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Leadership skills
