Talent Management Specialist develops, implements, and administers programs that evaluate, measure, and improve employee performance. Conducts assessment activities to evaluate and identify the current and emerging skills, competencies, and behaviors required to achieve desired organizational results and prepare for future needs. Being a Talent Management Specialist designs performance management strategies and processes that measure outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and align teams to organizational goals. Identifies the types of training and development and resources needed to achieve workforce performance improvements. Additionally, Talent Management Specialist encourages a culture of objective setting and result measurement aligned to pay and rewards using tools, training, and communication. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Talent Management Specialist occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.   • Position Summary
    The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Aqua-Chem will be responsible for the recruitment of technically skilled positions such as Engineering, Design, and Project Management Roles. This position will work closely with the entire human resources team and hiring managers in developing best hiring practices for the North American Region to help develop a sustainable workforce to support NSI brands in North America.
    Essential Duties
    • Responsible for full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing and interviewing technically skilled positions such engineers, information technology specialist and project manager.
    • Develops relationships with networks and professional associations that support organizational mission.
    • Provide consultative support to hiring managers.
    • Develop and maintain job postings in company Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
    • Attend career fairs, job fairs, professional conferences, educational conferences in conjunction with University & Events Corporate Recruiter.
    • Complete weekly, monthly and annual reports on recruitment.
    • Special projects or assignments as needed.
    • Travel as needed to represent company at recruiting events, etc.
    • Evaluate, create, and facilitate internal processes that streamline the hiring process to help decrease the time to hire.
    • Work with marketing to create employee branding initiatives regionally that align with the global organization and attract best talent in the area.
    • Maintain and cultivate a high level of responsiveness to internal and external candidates.
    • Proactively recruit open positions and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for quick growth and scaling.
    • Hold staffing meetings with department leaders to ensure alignment of recruitment efforts with business needs.
    • Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialist within other regions of the global organization to encourage cross-functional teams.
    • Build and cultivate strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand their positions and needs.
    • Use data derived from ATS reporting to help drive departmental decisions and hiring.
    • Assist with documenting, reviewing, and establishing HR processes and procedures within the organization.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Education/Experience
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field, preferred.
    • Five (5) to Ten (10) years of recruitment or related experience.
    • Previous experience recruiting for technical fields such as engineering and environmental roles.
    • Previous experience using an ATS system within an HRIS system such as ADP, PayCor, or Workday
    • Proven recruiting results and use of recruiting best practices.
    • Strong initiative in creative and innovative recruiting practices.
    • Ability to effectively drive and manage area of accountability with little to no direction.
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
    • Highly organized.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
