Talent Management Specialist jobs in Kansas

Talent Management Specialist develops, implements, and administers programs that evaluate, measure, and improve employee performance. Conducts assessment activities to evaluate and identify the current and emerging skills, competencies, and behaviors required to achieve desired organizational results and prepare for future needs. Being a Talent Management Specialist designs performance management strategies and processes that measure outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and align teams to organizational goals. Identifies the types of training and development and resources needed to achieve workforce performance improvements. Additionally, Talent Management Specialist encourages a culture of objective setting and result measurement aligned to pay and rewards using tools, training, and communication. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Talent Management Specialist occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Price Brothers Management Company is currently hiring for someone who is experienced in Recruiting and Talent Engagement to join the Human Resources team with all recruiting and hiring needs. Develop and implement recruitment strategies by building partnerships to attract a highly qualified and diverse workforce. Focus on sourcing and hiring experienced internal and external candidates for the Company. Work as the liaison for new hires during their first months of employment. We are looking for someone with a dynamic personality and years of recruiting experience. This is not a commissioned position.


    Responsibilities & Duties

    • Collaborate with Managers to identify future hiring needs
    • Source potential candidates from various channels (internal and external)
    • Craft recruiting communications to attract passive candidates
    • Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
    • Manage Applicant Tracking System
    • Work as a first contact for job inquires
    • Develop school, staffing agency and community partnerships
    • Develop and maintain internship and new graduation programs
    • Complete reference checks
    • Be a contact for all new hires
    • Design and update job descriptions
    • Work closely with DE&I Initiatives
    • Work closely with the Mentor Program
    • Complete a full competitor analysis as directed

    Required Experience:


    Required Experience

    • A minimum of three years prior recruiting experience required
    • Strong consideration will be given to candidates with direct and relevant property management experience but not mandatory
