The Senior Specialist, Talent Management will be responsible for assessing, implementing, and evaluating key employee lifecycle activities including: performance management, career planning and development, talent reviews, calibration, promotion and succession planning. They will partner with the HR Business Partners to design and implement organizational design strategies, engagement survey action planning and support enterprise-wide engagement activities. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and implementing HR programs, have excellent communication skills and be able to influence without authority. They will have a demonstrated ability to partner across both the HR team and business to deliver high quality, impactful HR programs and processes. Compensation: The base annual salary range for this role is $115,000 to $145,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
