With the rapid growth of the Navigatr Group, we are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team to significantly impact our department’s performance. Based on experience and qualifications, this position will be assigned to execute recruitment search mandates for one of our divisions: Kensington Tours, Travel Edge, TripArc, and Ensemble, while providing support to the larger Talent Acquisition team. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to identify top talent, build a strong employer brand, and ensure a great experience for both the candidate and internal hiring manager.
