Identifies the types of training and development and resources needed to achieve workforce performance improvements. This role is 100% in-person at either our New Hyde Park, NY (Long Island), NYC (Midtown East), or NJ (Bridgewater, NJ) headquarters.
OUR POSITION:
Our Talent Acquisition Specialist will join our Talent team in identifying, screening, and coordinating the successful placement of new team members to our rapidly expanding organization. The TA Specialist will be responsible for aiding the Director of Talent and Chief Talent Officer in sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, building pipelines, aiding in new Talent initiatives, and coordinating with candidates through their full application life cycle as they enter our organization.
